Accommodation options for placement students
If you're joining us on a practice placement as part of a Health and Life Sciences course, we can help you find short-term accommodation that’s close to your placement.
This accommodation is often provided in hospital rooms, though if these aren't available we can offer alternatives or signpost you to places where you can book directly.
Who can apply
If you're an Allied Health Professions (AHP) student on a placement more than 25 miles away from the Glenside Campus, we'll help you with your accommodation if we can.

How to apply
- Please read the AHP terms and conditions (PDF) before submitting your form.
- Then apply using the AHP placement application form.
More information relating to your placement can be found via the Department of Allied Health Professions.
