Mail and deliveries

Information for students in UWE Bristol accommodation on mail and deliveries.

Deliveries to post boxes

Royal Mail will deliver post and small items to postboxes located at the front of each pavilion in the Student Village and outside of residences for and Wallscourt Park, in the corridor between car parks 4 and 5 at Glenside and at the laundry entrance at The Hollies. Your post box will be identified by your flat or house number and will be secured with a padlock. Your padlock code will be emailed to you by Customer Services.

Couriers

For residents living at Frenchay, couriers will attempt to contact students in the first instance either by knocking at the house or via the flat intercoms to deliver parcels. However, in the event that students are not available to take delivery, parcels will be received at the Post Room located in N block (2N1) or at Wallscourt Park Customer Services.

For residents living at Glenside and The Hollies all parcels are delivered to the Accommodation Porters Office. They will then be processed by our Customer Service Team.

You will be notified you have a parcel waiting via email, so please collect your parcel as soon as possible. Please refer to the 'Data Protection' section below.

It is important to remember that your parcel will not be ready for collection if you have not received an email from us as it will not have been processed, so please do not contact the Post Room, Wallscourt Park Customer Services or Glenside Customer Services prior to this.

Special arrangements may be made if you are unable to receive an item which we would not normally accept. Please contact the respective area to discuss with a member of staff. Once the item has been received, you will be notified as usual via email.
