Tuition fee enquiries
If you have questions about tuition fees, please contact one of the Information Points or complete the fees self-help form (login required) and we'll get back to you.
International students - tuition fee enquiries
If you are an international student with questions about tuition fees, please email the International Registration Team at international@uwe.ac.uk.
Contacting finance
Income Operations
The Income Operations Team is responsible for student payments, including the collection of direct debits for tuition fees and accommodation licence fees, and payment plans. Find further guidance at ways to pay. Alternatively, you can email income.ops@uwe.ac.uk or telephone +44 (0)117 32 86500 during office hours:
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00
- Friday 08:30 to 16:00
If you have graduated/withdrawn from your course, you can get a refund on the printing credit you have personally added to your account if there is at least £10.00 remaining by emailing income.ops@uwe.ac.uk and quoting your student number and login name.
