If you are an international student with questions about tuition fees, email the International Registration Team at international@uwe.ac.uk.
Contacting finance
Income Operations
The Income Operations Team is responsible for student payments, including the collection of direct debits for tuition fees and accommodation licence fees, and payment plans. Find further guidance at ways to pay.
You can email the team at income.ops@uwe.ac.uk.
Office hours:
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00
- Friday 08:30 to 16:00
If you have graduated/withdrawn from your course, you can get a refund on the printing credit you have personally added to your account if there is at least £10.00 remaining by emailing income.ops@uwe.ac.uk and quoting your student number and login name.

For queries relating to unpaid amounts on invoices and debts, contact the Credit Control Team at creditcontrol@uwe.ac.uk or by calling +44 (0)117 32 88700 during office hours:
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 16:30
- Friday 11:00 to16:00
