  2. Select option 2 for 24/7 access to crisis mental health support.

24-hour access to support in non-emergency situations

There is a range of 24/7 non-emergency support available.

University support following an emergency or crisis

Please notify the University in the event of a crisis, emergency or serious concern for the health or safety of a student.

This line is open 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

This line is not an emergency response line but colleagues will be on hand to help with follow-up support once the immediate emergency or crisis has been contained.

We will ask which of the following services you have already spoken with:

  • 111
  • 24 Hour access to support helpline

If you are travelling overseas

If you are travelling overseas for UWE Bristol study or other university activity, you may be able to seek help via the IMG Emergency helpline.
