MOVE Tai Chi and Qi Gong activity sessions
You can take part in Tai Chi and Qi Gong activity sessions through our MOVE programme. Tai Chi and Qi Gong helps you to find balance in body and mind. It is gentle physical exercise that calms the mind and a great way to take a break from your studies.
It stretches and opens the body, improves posture, and gives the body’s energy system a boost. It can help to combat sedentary lifestyles and promotes overall physical and mental well-being. It is also great for reducing anxiety and stress.
Remember to dress comfortably and wear flat (soft-soled) shoes or socks.
These sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates.
