Find upcoming ceremony dates and the booking deadline.

Friday 21 June 2024 is the deadline for all bookings for the July 2024 graduation ceremonies.

This includes:

  • Booking your place
  • Getting guest tickets
  • Hiring your robe
  • Booking photography.

Ceremony dates and times

By the end of April 2024, we will:

  • Publish ceremony schedules – the specific dates and times for July 2024 ceremonies.
  • Email a graduation ceremony invitation to all provisionally eligible students.

College of Arts, Technology and Environment

  • Monday 15 July to Thursday 18 July

College of Health, Science and Society

  • Thursday 18 July to Tuesday 23 July

College of Business and Law

  • Tuesday 23 July to Thursday 25 July

PGR graduation schedules

PGR graduations don’t appear in the graduation ceremony schedule because they take place across multiple days.

You will be emailed an invitation to book your place. This email will include the specific date and time of your ceremony.
