iMean7 Conference
Hosted by Bristol Centre for Linguistics (BCL).
iMean is back!
Hosted by the Bristol Centre for Linguistics (BCL), iMean7 will take place from Wednesday 19 June to Friday 21 June 2024 at Bristol Business School located in the heart of UWE Bristol’s Frenchay Campus.
The conference adheres to its original broad theme of Meaning in Social Interaction with a particular focus on Language and Inclusion.
The submission of new papers for iMean7 is now open and we welcome proposals for papers which address the following questions:
- How is language used in society to promote or inhibit inclusion?
- How does the way that language is used for inclusivity impact on its structure?
