MOVE Yoga activity sessions
You can take part in yoga activity sessions through our MOVE programme. Yoga is great for stress release, connecting body to mind and exercise. You don’t have to be flexible – it will help you to increase your flexibility and overall wellbeing.
The classes combine physical movements and breathing exercises, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

- Centre for Sport: Relax and Recharge: Tuesday 20:15-21:00
- Online Find15 Yoga: Wednesday 08:40 - 08:55
- The Hub, Glenside: Wednesday 17:00-18:00
- Online: Wednesday 13:30 - 14:30
- Online: Friday 13:30 - 14:30
- Centre for Sport: Yoga for Men 20:30-21:15
How to book in-person classes: If you have a MOVE or Active Card membership book your in-person session via the app or online.
Online classes: Free to all, find out how to join in.
