MOVE drop-in yoga
You can take part in yoga drop-in sessions through our MOVE programme. Yoga is great for stress release, connecting body to mind and exercise. You don’t have to be flexible – it will help you to increase your flexibility and overall wellbeing.
The drop-in classes combine physical movements and breathing exercises, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Details of the 2020 drop-in sessions across Frenchay, Glenside and Bower Ashton campuses will be available soon.
Active Card Membership
Yoga classes are also included in our Active Card Membership as part of UWE Bristol Sport's exercise classes. This membership gives you access to UWE Bristol Sport's fitness suites located on Frenchay Campus and our exercise classes, as well as squash and other UWE Bristol Sport services.
