MOVE Yoga activity sessions
You can take part in yoga activity sessions through our MOVE programme. Yoga is great for stress release, connecting body to mind and exercise. You don’t have to be flexible – it will help you to increase your flexibility and overall wellbeing.
The classes combine physical movements and breathing exercises, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

- Online: Wednesday 13:30 - 14:30
