MOVE Yoga sessions
You can take part in yoga sessions through our MOVE programme. Yoga is great for stress release, connecting body to mind and exercise. You don’t have to be flexible – it will help you to increase your flexibility and overall wellbeing.
The classes combine physical movements and breathing exercises, leaving you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

How to book in-person classes: If you have a MOVE or Active Card membership book your in-person session via the app or online.
Online classes: Free to all, find out how to join in.
