MOVE pilates activity session
You can take part in Pilates activity sessions through our MOVE programme. Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance.
Exercises involve the whole body and are performed on a simple mat. Don't worry if you haven't done it before, our classes are taught by qualified instructors and these sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates.
