MOVE pilates drop-ins

You can take part in Pilates drop-in sessions through our MOVE programme. Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance.

Exercises involve the whole body and are performed on a simple mat. Don't worry if you haven't done it before – just come along and enjoy our drop-in class taught by our great instructors.

These sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates. Mats are provided.

Details of the 2020 drop-in sessions will be available later in the year.

Cost: Free with MOVE membership or £5 per session. These sessions are drop-in, but places will be limited so you will need to register for sessions via the app or online.
