MOVE pilates activity session

You can take part in Pilates activity sessions through our MOVE programme. Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance.

Exercises involve the whole body and are performed on a simple mat. Don't worry if you haven't done it before, our classes are taught by qualified instructors and these sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates.

When:

  • Online: Monday 17:00-18:00
  • Glenside The Hub: 17:00-18:00

How to book in-person classes:  If you have a MOVE or Active Card membership book your in-person session via the app or online.
