MOVE pilates sessions

You can take part in Pilates sessions through our MOVE programme. Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the body to balance.

Exercises involve the whole body and are performed on a simple mat. Don't worry if you haven't done it before, our classes are taught by qualified instructors and these sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates.

Sessions take place online and at Glenside campus. Check the UWE Bristol Sport app for weekly sessions.

How to book in-person classes:  If you have a MOVE or Active Card membership book your in-person session via the app or online.
