Description
Visit the Bryophyte Club Making Space, in room 2S510, S Block at Frenchay Campus and join in with workshops throughout spring 2023 to help create a series of bronze sculptures and brick clay seating structures inspired by the forms of mosses, lichens and other overlooked plants.
Set up by artists Juneau Projects as part of an ongoing public art project (a joint project between Arnolfini and UWE Bristol) to create a sculpture garden for the new student accommodation development at Frenchay Campus.
We are running drop-in info sessions on Tuesday 21 March and Tuesday 28 March 12:00-13:30 – come along to say hello and find out more.
The Making Space is free and open to all staff, students and people local to Frenchay Campus. No art experience necessary – have a go at making art together, playing, relaxing and meeting new people.
Workshop programme dates to be announced soon on Juneau Projects website. Get in touch via publicart@arnolfini.org.uk.
