Start your journey to becoming a chartered surveyor by working with academics from a range of industry backgrounds, including surveyors, engineers and architects. You’ll learn about the conservation and restoration of buildings with our National Trust surveyors, and explore building pathology and legal frameworks with leading authors in the field.
Get hands-on experience in our computer-aided design (CAD), building information modelling (BIM) and materials labs. Visit high-end redevelopments with our project managers, and support your learning with field trips, guest speakers and live projects.

You will study a Foundation Year (Year Zero) and on successful completion you will begin Year One of the main degree. The recommended route of study for international students is through the UWE Bristol International College.
