Book giveaways

Take some time out from your busy exam period to read a book that helps improve your stress levels and general wellbeing. Between Monday 16 May 2022 and Tuesday 31 May 2022 we will be hiding a total of 80 books across our libraries. You'll find clues of where to find them on our Instagram @uwelibrary

Our titles for this year are:

    The perfect starting point for anyone looking to reduce stress through yoga
