We are pleased to announce the opportunity to apply for the above project as part of the South West Biosciences Doctoral Training Partnership (SWBio DTP) funded by the Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC). Ref: 2022-OCT-CASE01.

The SWBio DTP offers projects in world-class bioscience, the following studentship encompasses the area of Bioscience for sustainable agriculture and food.

This project is a CASE DTP studentship delivered by Rothamsted Research, UWE Bristol and a CASE partner, Syngenta. You will be based mainly at Rothamsted Research with some time spent at UWE Bristol and Syngenta. As part of the programme, you will be required to undertake a placement with the CASE partner for a minimum of three months.

Specific programme eligibility requirements: In your application, you must also evidence compliance with SWBio academic criteria for maths, language requirements and other criteria.  Part-time students are accepted exceptionally only, and applicants should discuss their circumstances with SWBio DTP before applying.
