Research in the School of Social Sciences

The School of Social Sciences hosts four research centres and two research groups, with considerable collaboration between these groups and centres generating innovative inter- and trans-disciplinary research with real-world impact building on and influencing our teaching and practice. As well as working with regional partners, our research projects attract national and international funding.

Researchers in the School also work closely with colleagues in other research centres and institutes in the College of Health, Science and Society and in other colleges.
