MOVE zumba activity sessions
You can take part in Zumba activity sessions through our MOVE programme. Zumba is fun, calorie-burning and energetic. These sessions mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves to Latin and world music. During a class you’ll work on muscle conditioning, cardio, balance and flexibility.
These sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates.
