Description
MOVE is a fun and welcoming programme of activities where you can meet people, get active and feel good. With over 70 different sessions each week, there's something for everyone!
To mark Disability History Month, we're highlighting certain MOVE activities including Calm Vibes Dance which runs every Tuesday at the UWE Bristol Sports Centre.
This activity is aimed at those with sensory processing difficulties or anyone who would appreciate this calmer dance environment.
How to book
MOVE is free for students, you just need to register online and £7.99 for staff (with Pay As You Go options).
Make sure you are registered as a MOVE member first and then book sessions through the UWE Sport app or online.
