If you have not done so already, you will need to re-activate your InfoHub account by selecting 'Graduate' on the InfoHub login page, then 'Reset your password'. The password reset email will be sent to the personal email account you registered whilst at UWE Bristol.

Please note: once you have left, all emails sent from InfoHub will go to this personal email address too.

If you can no longer access or do not remember the personal email account, please complete a lost account form to request access to InfoHub.

If you're having difficulty, please email the Student Business Systems team at sds.operations@uwe.ac.uk.

Career Toolkit

As a UWE Bristol alum, you have lifetime access to our Career Toolkit. To retain the benefits of the Toolkit you'll need to switch your account to 'Graduate Access'.

To switch your account follow the steps below, depending on your exact situation:

  • I graduated recently, still have access to my @live.uwe email account and haven't switched my account to 'Graduate Access'.
You'll need to switch your account to 'Graduate Access' as your @live.uwe account will close approximately one year after graduation. Email careers@uwe.ac.uk and we'll switch your account for you.
  • I am a graduate and have already switched my account to 'Graduate Access', but I've forgotten my password and/or the email address I used.
If you've forgotten your password, go to the Career Toolkit log in screen for alumni and click the 'reset password' option.
If you've forgotten which email address you used, email careers@uwe.ac.uk and we'll let you know so you can reset your password.
  • I graduated over a year ago, don't have a @live.uwe email and need help switching my account to 'Graduate Access'.
Email careers@uwe.ac.uk and we'll help you switch.
