promotED: Staff study documents

We are recruiting for a study on Health Promotion in the Emergency Department/Ambulance Service (promotED). 

We are looking for emergency department nurses and clinical ambulance staff to take part in a short five-minute survey exploring their views and experiences on the opportunities for health promotion and what might help or hinder these when treating and discharging patients.
