MOVE Nordic walking activity sessions
Nordic walking turns a walk into a workout using specially designed poles. It's outdoors, sociable, fun and works your whole body.
These sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates. Poles are provided so please just wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear.
When: This activity starts on Wednesday 28 April. Sessions will run on Wednesdays at 12:00-12:45.
Venue: Meet outside in X-Block car park, Frenchay Campus. Please note that the walk will go off campus.
