MOVE Nordic walking activity sessions
Nordic walking turns a walk into a workout using specially designed poles. It's outdoors, sociable, fun and works your whole body.
These sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates. Poles are provided so please just wear suitable clothing and sturdy footwear.
When: This activity starts in the autumn term of the 2020/21 academic year. The exact date will be available closer to the time. Sessions will run on Wednesdays at 12:30.
Venue: Meet outside The Students' Union at UWE, Glenside. Please note that the walk will go off campus.
