Description
Join our Grounds Team to get the newest addition to UWE Bristol's green infrastructure fit and functional as a growing and engagement space.
Try your hand at bench building, floor laying and planter bedding out. No experience necessary, just make sure to wear decent shoes.
All students and staff are welcome to drop in anytime to get stuck in or simply take a look at what we are doing. Those already planning to attend the community garden session on that day (12:00-15:00 with the SU) can pop by and have a look at our progress.
This space will give staff and students the opportunity to Grow Together, so please get in touch if you are keen to become a Beeline Champion and are keen to help produce powerful pollinator plants for our campus and the local community in the future.
Please see the Beeline Champions WhatsApp group where all volunteer information will be posted and you can easily communicate with the members of the Grounds Team running this space.
So, if you are handy with a drill or a wheelbarrow, fancy some lifting and carrying as part of a lunchtime workout or are just want to see what is going on, please come along and see us.
Registration and tickets
