Description

Explore the beautiful grounds and discover the wildlife at this incredible space.

You'll see giraffes, lemurs, meerkats, river hogs, deer, zebras, cheetahs and birds. We'll take a walk around Bear Wood, where Eurasian brown bears live alongside wolves.

Alongside the animals, the zoo includes 50 acres of woodlands, gardens and the tranquil Tower Meadow - perfect for a picnic.

The Bristol Zoo Project saves wildlife through conservation science research, working to protect species and habitats overseas, encouraging sustainable behaviours and perceptions, educating tomorrow’s wildlife warriors and connecting people with nature through a great day out.
