Description
If you are new to pole this class is for you. This is a supportive class, progress at your on pace whilst improving your body confidence.
How to book
MOVE is free for UWE students. If you haven't registered yet, register online. (If you are a UWE gym member you are automatically enrolled on to the MOVE programme).
Once you have your PIN number, book sessions through the UWE Sport app or online.
MOVE is also open to UWE staff, their families and members of the public.
