2021 Awards Ceremonies

Coronavirus update

2020 Awards Ceremonies postponed

All the 2020 Awards Ceremonies have been postponed due to coronavirus. Find out about the Virtual Ceremonies that we are running in February 2021.

July 2021 Awards Ceremonies

We are currently working behind the scenes to decide if the July Awards Ceremonies will be able to go ahead. Awards Ceremonies involve thousands of guests, from all over the country and world, and planning them takes around six to nine months. Therefore, it is very difficult in the current highly changeable environment we find ourselves in to plan that far ahead with any kind of certainty.

We will continue to update you about your Awards Ceremony as and when it becomes possible to plan in-person ceremonies, and we ask for your patience while we navigate this uncertainty. We will be in touch with all provisionally eligible students by email when more information is available.

Gloucester Cathedral 2021 Awards Ceremony

The 2020 Gloucester Cathedral Awards Ceremony is planned to take place in November 2021 and will be for both 19/20 and 20/21 cohorts.

Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the pandemic we are unable to confirm the specific date of the ceremony and we will contact all eligible students with more information as and when this is confirmed.

Travel and accommodation

Unfortunately, as per the Award Ceremonies terms and conditions, in the event of cancellation due to a pandemic, the University does not accept liability for any costs/expenses incurred by those due to attend the ceremony. We suggest that you do not book any travel or accommodation for any provisionally planned ceremony dates until these are confirmed by the Awards Ceremonies Team.
