2020 Awards Ceremonies postponed

All the 2020 Awards Ceremonies have been postponed due to coronavirus. Find out about the Virtual Ceremonies that we are running in February 2021.

Bristol Cathedral

We are currently planning that the Awards Ceremonies for the 20/21 cohort will take place at Bristol Cathedral in July and November 2021, as they would in a standard year.

However, it is impossible to predict future lockdowns and changes to social distancing measures, so we are unable to confirm these ceremonies or provide specific dates, and we ask for your patience while we navigate this uncertainty.

As and when we are able to confirm our plans we will be in touch with all provisionally eligible students by email.

Gloucester Cathedral

The 2020 Gloucester Cathedral Awards Ceremony is planned to take place in November 2021 and will be for both 19/20 and 20/21 cohorts.

Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding the pandemic we are unable to confirm the specific date of the ceremony and we will contact all eligible students with more information as and when this is confirmed.

Travel and accommodation

Unfortunately, as per the Award Ceremonies terms and conditions, in the event of cancellation due to a pandemic, the University does not accept liability for any costs/expenses incurred by those due to attend the ceremony. We suggest that you do not book any travel or accommodation for any provisionally planned ceremony dates until these are confirmed by the Awards Ceremonies Team.
