All four of them have demonstrated true leadership and visionary thinking to make an incredible and lasting impact in their areas of work, and I know that they will inspire and encourage our graduates as they take their first steps into their chosen careers.

"I'm particularly pleased to be able to recognise the contribution of our Deputy Vice-Chancellor Jane Harrington, who has recently left UWE Bristol after a 30-year connection with the university to take up the position of Vice-Chancellor at the University of Greenwich.

"I'd like to send my warmest congratulations to all of our students who have graduated this week, and I hope they and their families have a fantastic time celebrating their achievements."
