This workshop is the second of two that will be hosted by the Learning Hub. The session aims at breaking down the ILAC structure (issue, law, application, conclusion) and how to use this structure with regards to application questions.
This workshop, being the second of two, will focus on applying legal concepts to a scenario and concluding analytical points made when answering problem questions. The focal point of this workshop will primarily be on structure, using an example scenario to breakdown and analyse how students should approach such a scenario in their upcoming portfolio assessment.
