Are you finding studying challenging?
Feeling overwhelmed?
This one-hour workshop will give you the chance to discuss and reflect on some ways to build self-confidence in your studies using a solution focussed approach.
It will help you:
- Reflect on what you are already achieving.
- Explore strength-based strategies and tools to help with overcoming barriers to learning.
- Plan small steps to help you build confidence.
This will be a relaxed, informal session and you will have the chance to let us know what else might help with study challenges.
