It will help you:

• Reflect on what you are already achieving.
• Explore strength-based strategies and tools to help with overcoming barriers to learning.
• Plan small steps to help you build confidence.

This will be a relaxed, informal session and you will have the chance to let us know what else might help with study challenges.
