Description
Weightlifting can help brain function, join one of our friendly gym instructors who will show you how to safely lift free weights.
MOVE is free for students, you just need to register online and £7.99 for staff (with Pay As You Go options).
Make sure you are registered as a MOVE member first and then book sessions through the UWE Bristol Sport app or online.
