Description
The training session will guide you on how you can use Fitch Connect for your academic assignments or research or modules. It is designed for Accounting, Economics and Finance students.
Bank Fundamental Financials Data on Fitch Connect provides the most comprehensive bank fundamental financials available in the market. It includes annual and interim statements, original financial filings, and a comprehensive set of ratios, including key regulatory ones.
The training session will guide you on how you can use Fitch Connect for your academic assignments or research or modules. The Training session will focus on banks, but other data will be slightly discussed as well:
- The bank and financial data available on Fitch Connect.
- How to choose the data variables for bank analysis.
- How to download the historical financial data.
- Sovereigns’ financial data as well as the Fitch Ratings Credit Research for Banks and Sovereign, with global coverage.

- Using the Fitch Connect database.
How to attend
This is an online workshop. Please book a place to receive the Teams link to join the event via email.
This workshop will take place on Microsoft Teams - guidance on using Microsoft Teams is available. The workshop will have interactive elements and we recommend that if possible you use a laptop or PC. You may wish to use an additional mobile device or another tab in your browser for the interactive elements.
