Description

This session is primarily for those studying the EU law module provided to third year students.

In this session, we will cover key skills required in order to perform well in the upcoming EU Law assignment task. This includes what ‘being critical’ involves at this level, as well as a breakdown on how to reach that standard. Specific hints and tips will be provided in approaching either the set problem question or case commentary.

Workshop objectives

To feel more confident about:

  • The requirements of the upcoming EU Assessment.
  • Answering both problem and essay questions.
  • Engaging in critical analysis at a high level, using structure to produce high level work.
