This session is primarily for those studying the EU law module provided to third year students.

This includes what ‘being critical’ involves at this level, as well as a breakdown on how to reach that standard. Specific hints and tips will be provided in approaching either the set problem question or case commentary.

Workshop objectives

To feel more confident about:

  • The requirements of the upcoming EU Assessment.
  • Answering both problem and essay questions.
