Deposit payment deadline

Make sure you pay your deposit or, if you are a sponsored student, you have uploaded a copy of your sponsor letter or notified us of your sponsorship, by Friday 7 August 2026. We may not be able to accept payments received after this date.

All payments must be made through flywire. We cannot accept payment directly to the UWE Bristol bank account. Any payments received to our bank account will be returned, which may impact your ability to join the course.

Some of our courses have strict capacity and we may have to close deposits before the published deadline. To ensure you don’t pay the deposit after this time, we will notify you of the situation and withdraw your place of study.
