What is the difference between nervousness and anxiety? How do you manage nervousness?
In this session, you will explore a scenario about a student struggling with anxiety and loneliness. You will be able to discuss tips to manage anxiety and loneliness.
Workshop objectives
The aims of this session facilitated by our PAL Leaders:
- Explore the differences between nervousness and anxiety.
- Share top tips and hacks for managing nervousness and mild anxiety.
- Try out activities which help lessen feelings of nervousness and mild anxiety.
- Become aware of the range of support available and how to access help.
