Wallscourt Park is on Frenchay Campus, a stones throw away from some of our fantastic facilities like the library, Students' Union and Centre for Sport.

There are a mixture of townhouses and flats which gives Wallscourt Park a community feel. There are shared bathrooms, en-suites and studio flats available – something for all preferences.

Your room

  • All rooms: Room types vary in size but all include:
    • small double bed
    • wardrobe, bedside cabinet and bookshelves
    • desk and chair
    • mirror.
  • Twin space: You will share a bathroom with one other person.
  • En-suite: You will have your own en-suite shower room.
  • Studio: You will have your own en-suite and kitchenette for cooking.
  • Accessible studios are available to request in Wallcourt Park.

Shared facilities

  • Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, bins, storage cupboards and ironing board.
  • Cosy living area with table, chairs, sofas and TV – don't forget your TV Licence.
  • Laundry facilities and bike storage.
  • Internet access provided by ASK4.
  • Lift access is available if you live in a block rather than townhouse or studio.

Good to know: parking is not available at Wallscourt Park.

Bristol Parkway train station connects UK-wide, while the handy Filton Abbey Wood gets you to destinations across the city and beyond. There are bus stops on campus to hop on the speedy Metrobus and into town – and even a dedicated Megabus and National Express coach stop for longer journeys. Get directions

2. Outdoor space

Now breathe. There’s plenty of open space on campus: trails where bees thrive, community gardens, even spots to pick some fresh herbs to throw in your pasta. Just a short walk from campus is Stoke Park Estate, a sprawling historic park that is popular and free to access. Get directions

3. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants

Abbeywood Retail Park is a five minute walk away, with shops, cafes and restaurants. A large Sainsbury’s store is also a short walk away. Get directions

  • Contract length: Accommodation costs are for 42 weeks.
  • Twin spaces: These bedrooms are shared between two people. Price shows one individual's share of the rent 
  • Insurance: Insurance is included in your accommodation costs, provided by Cover4Students.
  • Gym membership: You can add an annual gym membership at the Centre for Sport to your rent. The £199 membership fee will be split equally between your instalments.
