Description
Founder Essentials develops the personal capabilities and behaviours that can help you explore opportunities, develop ideas and navigate uncertainty, whether or not you see yourself as a founder today.
You don't need a business idea to start thinking like a founder. A founder mindset is about being curious, asking questions, trying things, learning from experience and becoming more comfortable when you don’t have all the answers.
This session explores how the way we think can influence the way we act. Through practical activities and discussion, you will:
- explore growth versus fixed mindset
- recognise your own responses to uncertainty and self-doubt
- discover strategies to stay curious, experiment and keep learning.
Whether you're studying, exploring entrepreneurship, developing an idea, considering your career or simply curious about what you could do next - just bring your curiosity.
