Description
This session will introduce you to effective customer discovery techniques that help you gather meaningful insights from potential customers.
You'll learn how to identify and avoid unreliable feedback, such as compliments, assumptions and feature wishlists, and understand how this can influence the development of an idea.
Through practical activities, you'll explore how to apply these techniques to your own idea or someone else's, practise asking open, evidence-based questions focused on real experiences and behaviours, and take part in a short live customer interview exercise to uncover genuine user needs, challenges and pain points.
