Description
How can you build the smallest possible product that could make a meaningful difference?
Everyone says build your MVP. Be lean and agile. Build, measure, learn.
But no one explains how to build an MVP. What should you build?
This workshop introduces a way to work out what is needed. Understand how a simple product should be valuable, usable and feasible and should WOW your early customers.
Who is your customer? What is their problem? How does this manifest in their daily life?
