Description
Take an hour to slow down, connect with nature, and spark your creativity. This interactive walkshop blends walking, conversation and creativity to explore our relationship with trees, forests and woodlands.
Together we'll discover our personal connections with trees and woodlands, sharing memories and stories as we go, which will then translate into a group artwork.
No creative experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore. The walkshop will be led by Western Forest, England's first new forest in a generation.
You'll also have the chance to learn about exciting opportunities to get involved, have your say over where trees and forests will be planted in our region and help shape a major new forest initiative right on your doorstep.
How to attend
No booking required, just join us at the Students' Union on the day to take part in the walk to the communal gardens.
- Cost: Free
- Attendance: Booking not required
