Description
Love literature and want to read more about the climate? This book club gives you the perfect opportunity to discuss a variety of contemporary novels that engage with the changing climate. Engaging with world literature, from science fiction to realism, we will discuss the challenges of climate change and questions of hope, adaptability, and resilience as they emerge across the novels.
The November book club is part of the Green Fortnight festival. We will discuss the Wu Ming-Yi book, The Man With the Compound Eyes.
How to attend
The book club is free of charge and you can drop in with no prior booking.
If you are intending to join, we would be grateful if you could email Sarah at Sarah.Robertson@uwe.ac.uk.
