As a UWE Bristol student, you can gain free access to:

  • join any Centre for Music band, ensemble or choir
  • all of the music facilities in the Centre for Music Farmhouse on Frenchay Campus
  • fully-equipped rehearsal spaces and recording studios
  • music lessons, workshops and masterclasses
  • a reduced rate of £20 on the four-week instrument and voice mini-courses.

Staff membership

Our discounted staff membership is £40 per a year.

You'll gain access to:

Alumni and community registration

UWE Bristol alumni and local community can join the groups and ensembles listed below for £30/£75 a year.

Alumni and community registration does not include membership of UWE Singers.

Please note: Alumni/Community registration for our groups and ensembles does not include access to Centre for Music facilities or teaching. Centre for Music facilities are exclusively for UWE Bristol staff and student members.

What do our fees go towards?

Fees go towards the cost of the professional musicians and academic staff who run all of our activities in addition to the administration and music hire costs associated with them. Your fees directly support the next generation of young musicians and singers.
