We’re looking for enthusiastic student volunteers to support Children’s Hospice South West (CHSW) to help our charity stall during the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta. Are you able to give your time? Join us on Saturday 8th or Sunday 9th August, and make a difference to the families we support!

We are looking for UK university students to join our Volunteer Student Ambassadors team to play an important role in our University and Student Engagement Programs mission to raise awareness of gaming and gambling harms.

Children from lower-income families are less likely to achieve academically than their better-off peers. Action Tutoring is a charity that works to level the playing field.

Could you take on responsibility for ordering badges from unit funds?​
In this role you will also check which badges girls have done and update ​their records. ​
​You'll take pride in ​seeing girls getting​ awards and knowing ​that without you it ​wouldn't happen ​seamlessly.

If you've got a head for ​figures this role is for you. ​
You'll keep a record of ​unit finances on Excel and liaise with the unit team to check subs and payments and reimburse for badge orders and other expenses.

​In this role you will work with the team to find and book visitors and activity providers to come to the meeting place as well as arrange trips for the unit to places of interest, activities and events giving girls exciting experiences and adventures.​ Also manage the admin related to trips.

Children join us on our Virtual Ship once a week to practise their reading and writing. By welcoming them into our joyful spaces, publishing their work in the real world, and celebrating everything they do, we develop their literacy, confidence and perseverance.
