Description
A fun, hands-on day of tree planting and learn how to protect young saplings with free transport from Frenchay Campus provided.
Pucklechurch Wood is the largest new woodland to be created on South Gloucestershire Council land. Over the next two years, 30 hectares of trees will be planted to increase tree canopy cover, restore nature and build community resilience – helping to reach our commitment to double tree canopy cover by 2050.

How to attend
Free transport will be provided. Please ensure you book via Eventbrite to secure your seat.
Transport will leave Frenchay Campus at 09:00 to arrive at Pucklechurch Wood for 09:30.
The activity will end around 15:00 and the transport will drop you back at Frenchay Campus around 15:30.
