Description
This is an interdisciplinary conference aimed at bringing together colleagues from across the College, including PhD and DBA students with an interest in all things people, work and organisations — and the implications for wider society.
We are interested in research, both empirical and theoretical, that explores peoples’ experiences of and relationships with work, employment and organisations. This is not restricted to paid work and can include volunteering, invisible and unpaid work as well as different types of organising.
The aim of the conference is to bring people together in an inclusive and collegial environment at any stage of the research journey, whether you are just starting out or an expert in your field.
All research centres are welcome! This is a chance for you to showcase your work to the CBL community and to find out about all the amazing work taking place right here in our own college.
