The Hive and Project Room

The Hive is a learning zone on Frenchay Campus that is open to all students.

Main features

A mix of social learning spaces with bookable PCs.

  • Four bookable glass student meeting rooms.
  • Four specialist Macs.
  • Five bookable group-work desks and one bookable booth with large screens and Kramer Connect.
  • Flexible mobile group tables, with drop down power for laptop charging.
  • Five non-bookable pcs for quick printing.
  • One PC is connected to an A3 flatbed scanner.
  • The Print Hub, with three large format printers and four A4/A3 printers/scanners.
