Duplicate credit certificates

A certificate of credit is an official document containing all modules successfully completed whilst studying at UWE Bristol, together with the mark or grade achieved for each module, credit points and credit levels.

Please note that we can include a degree confirmation letter on request which, in conjunction with your certificate of credit, can be used as a transcript for official institute requests.

You can apply for a full or partial transcript of your training profile for healthcare (formerly known as NHS) awards.

Who can apply

Students who have completed or have been withdrawn from study and have successfully completed modules at UWE Bristol can order duplicate copies of their certificate of credit.

Certificates of credit will not be produced for students with a debt or any other outstanding obligation to the University. (Please see the Certificate and Transcript Policy for further details).

Please note: Certificates of credit apply to credit-rated courses that were introduced from 2002 onwards. If you graduated before 2002, please complete our online enquiry form.

If you have never received your certificate of credit, please complete our online enquiry form.
