Any cancellation must be made in writing to researchevents@uwe.ac.uk.

Conference fees

Cancellations before 1 May 2026 will be refunded in full, less a £20 administration fee.
Cancellations made from 2 May 2026 to 21 May 2026 will be 50% refunded, less a £20 administration fee.
Cancellations made from 22 May 2026 will not be eligible for any refund.
