Cancellation policy
Any cancellation must be made in writing to researchevents@uwe.ac.uk.
Conference fees
- Cancellations before 14 May 2024 will be refunded in full, less a £20 administration fee.
- Cancellations made from 15 May 2024 to 28 May 2024 will be 50% refunded, less a £20 administration fee.
- Cancellations made from 29 May 2024 will not be eligible for any refund.
Training workshops
- Cancellations before 28 May 2024 will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations from 29 May 2024 will not be eligible for any refund.
