Description
Join DJ Elley Phunk and learn to beat match and DJ with digital controllers and your own tunes on USB!
Elley has 30 years of DJ experience. Originally a vinyl DJ, Elley started mixing in 1995 when she swiftly became a well-known house and breakbeat DJ around the Southwest. She quickly developed a tight and original style as she cuts with confidence. Elley went on to joining an all women hip-hop collective named Dutty Girl, which is Bristol, based, playing old-school Hip-hop, supporting DJ Jazzy Jeff.
She has a residency at The Plough Inn Bristol. She runs many DJ workshops supporting the youth which are always incredibly well received. Her most recent achievement involved her writing an MA dissertation on the benefits of DJing on mental health, community, and self-empowerment.
