About the scholarship

The Royal Town Planning Institute in collaboration with the British Chambers of Commerce have developed a UK-wide funding scheme that will cover the tuition fees for a home student enrolled full-time on postgraduate studies at select universities in the UK.

UWE Bristol is delighted to be hosting this funding opportunity for applicants to the MSc Urban Planning programme commencing in September 2025.

To apply for the scholarship, applicants to the MSc Urban Planning programme need to send a two-page CV and one-page (500 word) covering letter outlining what the applicant sees as the value of public sector planning and what you hope to bring to this on the completion of the Master's.

Please send these to both the programme co-leaders on or before Friday 12 September 2025.

If you have already submitted an application for MSc Urban Planning, you can still apply for the scholarship by submitting a separate statement as above.
