Description
The Student LGBT+ Society, Trans+ Welfare Officer, Student's Union and Staff LGBTQIA+ Network extend a warm invitation to all at UWE Bristol to join us on the Trans+ Day of Remembrance.
No matter your identity or belief, we welcome you to commemorate with us.
Details
- Please arrive promptly to avoid disturbing the vigil once it has started.
- A limited number of blankets will be available.
- Attendees are welcomed to bring or wear any flags that represent the wider LGBTQIA+ community as well as gender diverse identities.
- Please don't bring any candles unless they are flameless (battery operated) – naked flames are not permitted.
- Following the vigil a safe space will be available to decompress and wellbeing staff will be available for support if needed.

If you cannot attend this event in person, we will also be streaming it live.
