Description

A yoga class designed specifically for people who spend a lot of time sitting at a desk to help balance tight and aching muscles through stretches and strengthening exercises.

This gentle flow class is suitable for all levels and uses mindful movement connected with the breath to ease tension and help you start the day with calm and clarity.

How to book

MOVE is free for UWE students. If you haven't registered yet, register online. (If you are a UWE gym member you are automatically enrolled on to the MOVE programme).

Once you have your PIN number, book sessions through the UWE Sport app or online.

MOVE is also open to UWE staff, their families and members of the public.
