Description
Being active in a variety of ways can help boost your brain power, during assessment time try and take some time out and do something you enjoy or try something new.
MOVE is free for students, you just need to register online and £7.99 for staff (with Pay As You Go options).
Make sure you are registered as a MOVE member first and then book sessions through the UWE Bristol Sport app or online.
