Description
Starting university is an exciting time, but it can also bring new challenges and uncertainties. This supportive, practical workshop helps students explore the skills, strengths and strategies they already have, while discovering new ways to manage change, build confidence and look after their wellbeing. Through reflection, discussion and practical activities, students will explore techniques for managing stress, staying grounded, accessing support and creating a personal action plan for their first weeks at UWE Bristol.
